C.A.R.E. Program
Care for the Caregiver (C4C) appreciates your interest in the C.A.R.E. application, and for championing this project for your team. The C.A.R.E. Program is available to support your team's impact plans in response to the 2026 Culture and Engagement Survey.
The C.A.R.E Program has been designed to improve teamwork and reduce burnout at the local level. This is an opportunity for teams to create customized solutions to support your team's wellness. Burnout is a significant issue for healthcare workers worldwide, and Keck Medicine of USC healthcare workers are not exempt. The C.A.R.E. Program enables teams to creatively tackle burnout in a way that is meaningful to its team members and connected to the team's 2026 Culture and Engagement Survey results. For additional information, please visit: C.A.R.E. Program.
