Be sure that once you upload your documents, go through any next screens until you see the summary page where you can click: "Validate and Send" Please note, that if you do not do this step, your items will not be submitted.

The deadline to implement and pay for your project is June 10, 2026. Be sure to remember that:

Due to the renovation efforts throughout the Keck Medicine of USC Health System, Wellness Spaces (onsite meditative retreats) are not an option this fiscal year.
Projects cannot include the use of any gift cards including pre-paid Visas or MasterCards to show appreciation to employees.
Purchasing of alcohol is not permitted for FY26.
Your submitted application was reviewed and approved by the Review Committee. If you make any changes to your project, you must submit a revised application for review. Be aware that funding amounts may be adjusted or reduced because of changes.
