The deadline to implement and pay for your project is June 10, 2026. Be sure to remember that:

Due to the renovation efforts throughout the Keck Medicine of USC Health System, Wellness Spaces (onsite meditative retreats) are not an option this fiscal year.
Projects cannot include the use of any gift cards including pre-paid Visas or MasterCards to show appreciation to employees.
Purchasing of alcohol is not permitted for FY26.
Your submitted application was reviewed and approved by the Review Committee. If you make any changes to your project, you must submit a revised application for review. Be aware that funding amounts may be adjusted or reduced because of changes.

C.A.R.E. Program

Care for the Caregiver (C4C) appreciates you taking the time to submit the C.A.R.E. application, and for championing this project for your team. We are pleased to share that you have been awarded funds!

As a reminder, the maximum amount teams could receive is $50 per person. If the amount awarded is not the full amount that you requested for your team’s C.A.R.E. Project, please note that you can use these funds for a scaled back version of your proposal or for a lunch to promote team bonding.

Here are the next steps for you to take:

Please click on “Manage my applications” to view your approved application.
From clicking on "Manage my applications," you can also click on “Award/Fund Allocation.” Here is where you will see your Toolkit which lays out the directions and process you need to follow to get your C.A.R.E. project paid for.
For your awareness, all teams except for VHH, will download the forms corresponding to how you will get your project paid for and then upload these financial documents on your online portal as soon as you complete any part of paying for your C.A.R.E. project.
